Interview Crash Course

IWTBAD ran an online crash course for a small group ahead of interview season, giving students a focused, last-minute push before their interviews. It started with seminars covering the key interview techniques, giving them a solid framework to work from before moving into practice. From there, they worked through breakout room discussions for more focused, closer-knit practice — a step down in intensity from a full mock. The day wrapped up with a mock MMI, run in a format close to the real thing, followed by feedback so students left knowing exactly what worked and what to tighten up before their actual interviews.
